Regular Board Meetings have typically occurred on the third Monday of the month from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm. in the Sailfish Room, Pool Clubhouse, 5626 S Galena St. Greenwood Village, CO 80111.  

• Meetings may be held remotely via Zoom or in person.
• ​No regular meetings are scheduled in February, July or December.
• Special Board meetings are scheduled, as needed, with postings 24 hours in advance on this site.

Please note: Minutes are approved at each Regular meeting for the previous meetings. Minutes are only posted once the Board approves them.
