Information
Sundance Hills Metropolitan District owns and maintains the pool facility, tennis courts, playground clubhouse and right-of-way surrounding the facility. The park can be accessed by the public year-round and the pool and tennis facility is open during the summer, weather-permitting to all residents and to the public.

The HOA provides fun community gatherings and activities throughout the year, architectural review and approvals for residential maintenance, repairs, and improvements in the neighborhood.
