A message from the Sundance Hills HOA:

Hi Neighbors,

Due to low registration, the HOA has made the decision to cancel the Sundance Hills Volleyball Tournament scheduled for August 8, 2026.

While we're disappointed we won't be able to host the tournament this year, we appreciate everyone who showed interest. Instead, we're planning to host a casual volleyball social next year--a fun, drop-in event where neighbors can play pickup games, learn the basics, or simply join in on the fun. No teams or tournaments required!

Sundance Hills Volleyball Tournament!  (This is information regarding the proposed tournament. The event has been cancelled - see  message above).

Join us at the pool on Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for a fun day of volleyball, friendly competition, and hanging out with neighbors. All skill levels are welcome! 

Don't have a full team? No problem!

• Grab a few friends, neighbors, or family members and register a team.

• Flying solo? Register as a Free Agent by contacting sundancehillsvbc@gmail.com. We'll do our best to place you on a team (or we'll create one if enough free agents sign up).

The tournament will feature pool play followed by a Championship Bracket to crown this year's Sundance Hills Volleyball Champions. And don't forget--B.Y.O.B. and make a day of it at the pool!

We'd love to see teams, or individuals, of all experience levels out on the court. Whether you're playing to win or just for fun, we hope you'll join us!

 

Tournament Format

• Teams of 6-10 players
• Every team is guaranteed at least two games
• Pool play followed by a Championship Bracket
• Top teams compete for the title of Sundance Hills Volleyball Champions!

Form a Team 

To register, complete this JotForm and include:

• Your team name
• Captain's name and contact information
• Player names (6-10 players)

More Than Just Volleyball

Come enjoy a full day at the pool with:

• Complimentary snacks and refreshments
• Bring your own adult beverages (B.Y.O.B.)
• Music throughout the day
• Plenty of opportunities to cheer on your neighbors
