Join the Sundance Sailfish Coaching Staff!

 

Since 1978, the Sailfish swim team has been a hallmark of Sundance Hills. We're excited to kick off the team's hiring process for the 2026 season and are looking for qualified candidates to join our talented staff for an epic summer. Whether you're a year-round swimmer, only dive in for the summer, or have been engaged with the Sailfish in years past, we've developed new and improved coaching opportunities that may be right for you.

 

All coaching roles are designed to mentor and challenge young athletes, preparing them for professionalism in their current and future careers. Coaches will be required to collaborate closely with their supervising coaches, ensuring effective communication regarding any absences and taking responsibility for covering practices when needed. This teamwork not only fosters a supportive environment for the athletes but instills important life skills such as accountability, communication, and collaboration, which are essential for success beyond the pool.

 

All coaching positions are paid.  Please complete the form below and upload your resume for review.  Interviews will be scheduled the first two weeks in March.  All interest forms must be completed by March 1, 2026.
