Sundance Hills Metro District Board Vacancy

Notice is hereby given pursuant to § 32-1-905, C.R.S., that a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the Sundance Hills Metro District. The Board of Directors intends to fill this vacancy by appointment at a regular or special meeting of the Board in accordance with Colorado law. 

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for appointment to the Board, a person must be an eligible elector of the District as defined in § 32-1-103(5), C.R.S. This generally includes registered voters who either reside within the District or own (or whose spouse or civil union partner owns) taxable real or personal property within the District boundaries.
