Pool Membership Registration
A current Sundance Hills Swim and Tennis Club membership is required to use the tennis courts or pool facilities. Memberships are available via CivicRec. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON WEDNESDAY APRIL 5, 2023.
If you do not have an account with CivicRec, please create your account. You need a CivicRec account to purchase pool and tennis memberships, tennis only memberships, or to reserve and pay for the pool or Sailfish room rentals.

Pool Parties
Reservation requests are available for pool parties. Please create or log into your CivicRec account to request a reservation! Please note that the attendance limits for rentals have been revised. See CivicRec for detailed information.

Pool Hours for 2023
Dates of pool operation: May 26 through September 10
The hours of operation shall be:
May 26 through July 16
Monday - Wed 12 pm - 7 pm
Thursday 12 pm - 8 pm
Friday 12 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday 12 pm - 9:30 pm
Sunday 10:30 am - 9 pm
Children's pool will open at 10:30 am Monday-Friday.

July 17 through August 13
Monday - Thursday 10 am - 7 pm
Friday 10 am - 8 pm
Saturday 10 am - 9:30 pm
Sunday 10 am - 9 pm
Children's pool will open at 10 am everyday.

August 14 through September 4
Monday - Friday 4 pm - 7 pm
Saturday 10 am - 9 pm
Sunday 10 am - 7 pm
Labor Day 10 am - 7 pm
Same hours for Children's pool.

September 5 through September 10
Monday - Friday Closed
Saturday 12 pm - 7 pm
Sunday 12 pm - 7 pm
Same hours for Children's pool.

Exceptions to normal pool hours:
-
Early morning adult swim from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays till September 1.

Pool is closed on 4th of July until 3:30 pm due to the HOA party

Pool may be closed on a weekday in June or July to accommodate Swim Team Prelims or Fun Meet

Pool will close at 5 pm on Saturday July 15 to accommodate the Swim Team Final Banquet

In order to join the Sailfish Swim Team, you must be a member of the Sundance Hills Pool.

Recreation Reimbursement
Your pool and tennis dues may be eligible for the recreation reimbursement program through the City of Greenwood Village. Please call 303-486-5773 for more information.
