Facility Rentals

Sailfish Room rentals 

Sailfish Room rentals are now available in pre-set blocks of time, or for the whole day. A refundable security deposit is required for ALL Sailfish Room rental reservations.

 

How to reserve the Sailfish Room:

Create/log into your CivicRec account. 

Once you log in, click on the purple tab for Sailfish Room Rentals.

Select OFF SEASON (when the pool is closed) or ON SEASON (when the pool is open), then the date/time from the calendar, and follow the prompts to submit your reservation request.

  • Reservation requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

  • A refundable security deposit is required to complete a reservation request.

  • We will reach out to you to confirm the reservation.

  • If confirmed, you will receive a PERMIT via email from CivicRec with detailed information regarding your reservation costs, rules, and the main entrance door keycode access.

  • Check that you have your PERMIT in advance of your event day and time. If you have not received a permit for your confirmed reservation, please contact us at info@ccrider.us during business hours.

  • The Sailfish Room is also equipped with an interior security alarm. This alarm will be deactivated before your rental time FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. Early or unauthorized access, or staying past your reservation time, will set off the alarm.

  • Sailfish Room rentals during the Off Season or On Season, DO NOT INCLUDE access to the pool, pool deck, cabana or the storage room.

  • If you want access to the pool, you must reserve a pool party separately. If you would like access to the cabana, you must reserve the cabana separately.

  • Maximum allowed occupancy for the Sailfish Room is 70 persons, with 40 persons in the room at a time.

  • Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis.

  • Reservations may be cancelled at any time prior to the event. Rental fees for cancellations made seven (7) days or less prior to the event will not be refunded. Cancellations made by the District due to public health or safety concerns or the unavailability of the rented facility
    due to unexpected events will result in refund of the rental fee.

Cabana rentals 

The cabana area is now available for rentals during the pool season!

Guests will have 3 reserved tables under the cabana, and access to the locker rooms, front bathroom, volleyball courts, and pool area.

  • If you wish to reserve the cabana area you must reserve it separately, it is NOT included with a Sailfish Room or pool party reservation.

  • The cabana rental fee is $40/hour, with a minimum rental of 1 hour, and a maximum rental of 3 hours.

  • A maximum of 30 people are allowed.

  • The cabana area must be fully cleaned up 1/2 hour prior to pool closing.

  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

  • Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis.

Playground and Parking Lot rentals 

The playground is not available for rentals.

The parking lot is not available for rentals.
